Most of the places that an active shooter attacks are completely unprepared.  Being unprepared costs lives.  An active shooter doesn’t care if their target is a church, school, restaurant, bank, or business.  They will always have the advantage of time, place, and method.  You can mitigate those advantages by being prepared through training.
